For the silent crit I decided to show the YCN greeting card project which I was working on, due to being at later stages of development that could benefit with people's opinions.
The main points to takeaway and develop were;
- To experiment with the typography - more personalised
- The concept works well and the illustrations are solid
- The space above the 1st card - looks lost - perhaps have the type there instead
- preferred the pattern - might work as the notebook cover
- Good colour palette
- The intended audience needs to be more clear - stated it works well for a younger age group but trying to avoid that...
- perhaps custom envelopes??
